1. Overview

Welcome to the AK Automobile Shipping and Returns Policy.

We aim to provide customers with clear information about automotive spare-parts deliveries, shipping enquiries, order cancellations, returns and refunds.

Please read this policy before placing an order.

2. Shipping Destinations

AK Automobile welcomes automotive spare-parts enquiries from customers in different international markets.

Customers may contact us regarding possible deliveries to:

  • Germany
  • Italy
  • France
  • Belgium
  • Sweden
  • Serbia
  • United States
  • Canada

Shipping availability must be confirmed for the individual product and destination.

Listing a country on this page does not guarantee that every automotive component can be shipped there.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on factors including:

  • Destination country
  • Product dimensions and weight
  • Product type
  • Number of items ordered
  • Shipping service
  • Packaging requirements
  • Applicable customs and import procedures

Customers should request or review the applicable shipping charges before completing an order.

AK Automobile will confirm the shipping arrangements and charges applicable to the purchase before payment is required.

Customers should not make payment for an order requiring shipping until the delivery arrangements and total payable amount have been confirmed.

4. Order Processing

Order processing depends on product availability, payment confirmation and shipping arrangements.

Where products are not immediately available or additional information is required, our team may contact the customer before confirming fulfilment.

Orders requiring additional compatibility checks may need further vehicle information before processing.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates vary according to product availability, dispatch arrangements, shipping method and destination.

International shipments may be affected by customs procedures, carrier operations and import requirements.

An applicable delivery estimate will be communicated during the ordering or quotation process.

Where an agreed delivery date cannot be met, customers will be informed of their options and applicable cancellation or refund rights.

This policy does not override statutory delivery deadlines or consumer rights.

6. International Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other fees.

Responsibility for these charges will be explained before purchase where applicable.

Import restrictions may apply to certain automotive components.

Customers should confirm the relevant import requirements for their destination country.

7. Order Tracking

Where a shipping service includes tracking, customers may receive tracking details when the shipment has been dispatched.

For enquiries regarding an existing order, please contact our support team with your order number and relevant purchase information.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect automotive component, please contact AK Automobile promptly.

Provide the following information where possible:

  • Order number
  • Product name or part number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photographs of the item and packaging
  • Relevant delivery details

Our team will review your request and provide instructions.

Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products remain applicable.

9. Right of Withdrawal for Eligible Consumers

Where applicable under Polish and European Union consumer law, consumers purchasing goods online generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

The period normally begins when the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer other than the carrier, receives the goods.

Where an order includes goods delivered separately, the relevant period may begin upon receipt of the final item.

Certain legally recognised exceptions may apply, including goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

The statutory withdrawal right does not generally apply to business-to-business transactions, although certain Polish legal provisions may extend consumer-like protections to qualifying sole traders.

Customers outside the European Union may have rights under their applicable local laws.

10. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exercise an applicable withdrawal right, contact AK Automobile using the official customer support details.

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Contact email address
  • Product details
  • Date of receipt
  • Whether you are withdrawing from the purchase or reporting a product problem

For statutory withdrawal, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

You may use the following wording:

“I hereby notify AK Automobile that I withdraw from my contract of sale for the following product: [PRODUCT NAME], order number [ORDER NUMBER], received on [DATE].”

A statutory withdrawal request does not require the customer to provide a reason.

11. Returning Products

If you exercise an applicable statutory withdrawal right, you must generally send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us of your decision, unless we have agreed to collect them.

We will provide or confirm the appropriate return destination and instructions.

Return address: [INSERT CONFIRMED RETURNS FACILITY ADDRESS]

Do not ship products to the registered company office without confirmation that the location accepts returned goods.

Customers should package products carefully to protect them during return transit.

Original packaging is recommended when available but is not an absolute requirement for exercising statutory withdrawal rights.

Customers may inspect goods as they would in a physical store. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning may affect the refund in accordance with applicable law.

12. Return Shipping Costs

For a change-of-mind return under the statutory right of withdrawal, the customer generally pays the direct return shipping costs where this responsibility was clearly disclosed before purchase.

If the seller has agreed to pay those costs, or has failed to provide legally required information about them, different rules may apply.

For defective, incorrect or non-conforming goods, the applicable statutory remedies and cost responsibilities apply.

Where international return shipping would involve significant costs, relevant information must be communicated before the customer commits to purchasing.

13. Refunds

For a valid statutory withdrawal, applicable law generally requires reimbursement within 14 days after the seller is informed of the withdrawal.

For goods, reimbursement may be withheld until the returned products are received or evidence of their return is provided, whichever occurs first.

Where required by law, refunds include the original standard delivery charge.

Additional costs resulting from a customer’s choice of a delivery method more expensive than the least expensive standard delivery option offered may be excluded.

Refunds will generally be made using the original payment method unless the customer expressly agrees to another method without incurring fees.

For payments made using cryptocurrency, the applicable refund arrangements and any exchange-rate treatment must be clearly agreed in advance and must not override statutory rights.

14. Defective Goods and Legal Guarantees

If a product is defective, incorrectly supplied or does not conform to the sales contract, the customer may have legal remedies under applicable consumer protection law.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.

EU consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for non-conforming goods.

Any additional commercial warranty offered by a manufacturer or seller is separate from mandatory legal rights.

15. Order Cancellations

Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact AK Automobile promptly.

If an order has not been dispatched, cancellation may be processed in accordance with the applicable contract terms and law.

If the goods have already been dispatched, applicable withdrawal and return procedures may apply.

Any lawful refund entitlement will be respected.
